1.Returns and Exchange Policy :
We want you to absolutely love your Rellovia pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges :
Timeframe : You can return an exchanged item within 3 days of Delivery Date.
Condition: Items must be in their original ,unworn condition ,with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene reasons and final sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return /Exchange :
1.Contact US: Please email us at support@rellovia.store or reach out via whatsApp +91 6364367344 within the 3 day Window.
2.Provide Details : include your order number ,the items you wish to return /exchange ,and the reason.
3.We will Guide you : We will provide you with a return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items ,we will process your replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new piece quickly.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item ,please contact us immediately with photos and Videos of unpacking , and we will arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

We ensure your Rellovia Treasures reach you safely and efficiently.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship across India.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days ( Monday-Friday excluding Holidays)
Shipping Methods and Timelines:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping (If offered) Delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs:
Free Standard shipping : On all Prepaid Orders.
Standard Shipping Fees : Rs 125 flat fee for COD orders
Express Shipping Rate : Rs.250 (Flat rate)
Order Tracking : You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping (Future) : We plan to offer international shipping in the future. Details will be announced on our website.

Gentle wipes: After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft ,dry cloth to remove oils and sweat.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep away from perfumes ,lotions and hairsprays and household cleaners ,as these can corrode or discolor the metal.
Store Safely: Store you jewelry in a cool ,dry place ,ideally in its original Rellovia pouch or box, away from humid and direct sunlight
Handle with care: Always handle your jewelry with clean,dry hands to minimize contact the damaging substances.
